Woo Hoo Weekend

Well, I stuck to the weight watchers plan on Thursday. I stayed on points and drank my water. Friday has been difficult. I really want a beer but I am not willing to spend my food points on one. Well, with tomorrow being May 1st, the serious challenge begins. Exercise gets added tomorrow. I'm going to do the 30 day shred. Jillian is evil but she definitely gets results. I'll let you know how it goes.

Oh, I took my measurements yesterday. Let's just say it wasn't pretty!

  1. The Wii fit is still telling me I am FAT.... Which I know already. I am trying so hard and can't seem to notice the difference! UGH!

  2. Oh so a bit of news also. A friend of mine who "reads" peole told me the other day that I would lose an amazing amount of weight and then get pregnant.... Maybe that is sabatoging me. 8(

  3. I love you Casey! You are my fave Casey in the whole world. Maybe we are concentrating too much on that number and should put more concentration on feeling better. What so you think?
